FEEDING OUR COMMUNITIES WITH UNITED SERVICES (FOCUS)

Formed in February 2020 when the South Wood Emerging Pantry Shelf (SWEPS), The Neighborhood Table (TNT) and the Rapids Family Backpacks (RFB) programs merged as one nonprofit organization. FOCUS combines the individual strengths of SWEPS, TNT, and RFB into a unified endeavor that is greater, more potent, more convenient, and more effective in addressing food insecurity than any individual program alone.

THE FOUNDING SERVICES OF FOCUS

“FOCUS on the FUTURE” CAPITAL CAMPAIGN

thumbs-up

FOCUS is thrilled to announce a partnership with Sparhawk Properties that will provide a great new space for all FOCUS programs to best serve current and future clients’ needs and to allow for internal and external community collaboration focused on new program growth.

FOCUS will be moving to 2321 West Grand Avenue (across from Wheelers dealership) into a portion of the building recently purchased by Sparhawk Properties. The space has great bones and is in a perfect location but major renovations are needed to make this the ideal space for FOCUS and our clients and we need your help!

savings-icon

The FOCUS on the FUTURE Capital Campaign’s goal is to raise funds to help support renovations to our new location and related costs. CAMPAIGN GOAL: $250,000 from community members with matching incentives offered by generous donors.
